Size guide
Measure before selecting size.
The G35 should feel stable without painful pressure points. Measure around the widest part of your head, above the ears and eyebrows, then compare with Cookie’s sizing guidance.
| Size | Head circumference | Inches | Max face size |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 53–54 cm | 20 1/2”–21 1/4” | 67 cm / 26 3/8” |
| S | 54–55 cm | 21 1/4”–21 1/2” | 67 cm / 26 3/8” |
| M | 55–56 cm | 21 1/2”–22” | 69 cm / 27 1/8” |
| L | 56–58 cm | 22”–22 3/4” | 69 cm / 27 1/8” |
| XL | 58–59 cm | 22 3/4”–23 1/4” | 73 cm / 28 3/4” |
| XXL | 60–61 cm | 23 1/2”–24” | 73 cm / 28 3/4” |
| XXXL | 62–63 cm | 24 3/8”–24 3/4” | 74 cm / 29” |
Head circumference
Measure around the widest part of your head, above the ears and eyebrows. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight.
Face circumference
For sizes with a face-size limit, measure around the face as shown and compare it with the max face-size column.
Utility top system
Camera-ready when needed
Choose the Utility Top Plate if you want the Cookie camera-mount path later. It replaces the standard top plate and works with compatible Cookie mount hardware.
Tunnel / no-camera days
Switch back fast
The utility top lets you remove the camera mount and run a cleaner no-camera setup, so one helmet can cover camera jumps and tunnel sessions without buying a second helmet.
Mount choice
Use official hardware
Add the Full Face Roller Mount only if your experience level, national rules and DZ policy allow camera use. Follow Cookie documentation for mounting and inspection.
Custom Cookie G35 helmet for skydiving
The Cookie G35 is probably the most popular full-face skydiving helmet in the world. It is used by beginner skydivers, experienced jumpers, tunnel flyers and camera flyers because it gives a compact feel, wide visor view, deep audible pockets and a fully configurable colour/plate setup.

Before you order
Custom helmet fit matters. If your measurement is close to a boundary, message us before ordering and we’ll help sense-check the size choice.

Quick answers before ordering.
What size should I choose?
Measure around the widest part of your head and use the size guide above. If you are close to a boundary, contact us before ordering so we can sense-check the size with you.
What if head size and face size disagree?
Use both measurements together. If your face measurement is close to the limit, do not rely only on head circumference — ask us before ordering.
Does it fit audible altimeters?
Yes. The G35 has deep internal audible pockets for compatible audible altimeters. LB Altimeters audibles fit perfectly inside.
Can I wear glasses under the visor?
Many jumpers can use low-profile glasses with full-face helmets, but frame shape and helmet fit matter.
Can I use it for camera flying?
Yes. With the Utility Top Plate and original Cookie Full Face Roller Mount, the G35 makes a clean camera setup. You can also use your own compatible mount solutions, but we strongly recommend snag-free, low-profile mounts for safety. Make sure your experience level and local rules allow camera jumping; USPA recommends at least 200 jumps before jumping with a camera.
Which visor should I choose?
Clear is the safest default for mixed light and general use. Tinted or photochromic options are if you want a fancy look. But for better communication in the sky and tunnel, clear is the easiest choice.
