SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Order Processing at SkydiveShop.com

We aim to process orders for in-stock items within 1-2 business days. For out-of-stock or custom orders, processing times depend on the manufacturer's production schedule. Once processed, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Local Pickup

Available for all purchases at Aerodromo La Juliana, A-474, s/n, 41110 Bollullos de la Mitación, Sevilla. Contact us to confirm pickup times.

Expedited Shipping Fees

Enter your shipping address at the checkout to find out the shipping cost. You may also contact us.

International Delivery

We provide worldwide shipping. Please note that additional import taxes, duties, and local applicable taxes may apply depending on your location outside of the EU. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Shipping Restrictions

No shipping to P.O. boxes. Orders ship only on business days (Monday - Friday). APO/FPO address shipments require additional processing time.

If Your Order is Delayed

We'll inform you of any processing delays and provide a revised delivery estimate. This does not affect EU and UK consumers' statutory rights.

Responsibility After Shipment

Once shipped, track your order and report any anomalies or delays so we can coordinate with the shipping company.

Delivery Process

Upon delivery, inspect the condition of the goods. Any damage must be noted on the delivery document, and a detailed report of damage should be written.

Missed Delivery and Re-delivery

If you miss a delivery, contact the courier with the details provided on their calling card to arrange re-delivery. Additional costs due to re-delivery or missed deliveries may be charged. These charges may include transportation costs, taxes, fees, and any additional expenses involved in the return of the shipment.
