What Payment Options Are Available?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and bank transfers.

Are there additional items not listed on your website?

Not everything is listed in our online shop. If you can't find what you're looking for, please contact us and we will do our best to serve you.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Please refer to our Return Policy. Note that a significant portion of skydiving equipment, including containers, most canopies, suits, and Tonfly helmets, falls into the customized product category and is non-refundable.

Shipping & Taxes

What countries do you ship to?

We are based in the EU and deliver worldwide. If you cannot see your country in the checkout, contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock items typically dispatch within 2 business days, but delivery times may vary based on your location. Most of the items has estimated ship-out time displayed at the product page.

Please note that some items are manufactured after custom order, so delivery times will depend on manufacturer. If you want to confirm estimated delivery times - drop us a message.

What about VAT and taxes?

VAT is applied based on your location. For EU deliveries, local VAT rates apply, and for non-EU deliveries, a 0% VAT rate is applied. Companies that are VAT payers can also get a 0% rate. If you are a company and you still see VAT charged on your invoice, contact us.

Do I need to pay customs tax & import duty?

Certain countries outside of the EU may require import duties or taxes to be paid on imported goods. The buyer is responsible for covering these fees. If you are not sure, we recommend reaching out to your local customs department to inquire about applicable rates.

How about tax free shopping?

If you are outside of EU and plan to visit us at Skydive Spain, you may be eligible for TAX-FREE shopping.

No, we do not offer equipment rentals.
