How we got here
We built the shop because finding trustworthy gear advice was harder than it should be.
Before SkydiveShop.com, we were jumpers and instructors trying to make sense of the same thing our students were struggling with: which gear is actually right, who to trust, and what matters before spending serious money.
1We saw new jumpers comparing products without enough real context.
2We saw students confused with the same questions about fit, canopies, container choice, helmets, altimeters and lead times.
3So the shop became a way to make those decisions clearer, not just another place to add gear to a cart.

Why gear advice matters

A helmet can be excellent and still fit badly. A container can feel like the main decision, but the real question is whether the whole system works together. A custom order can be right — or too late for your season.
