Refund policy

General Return Conditions:

  • Remote delivered sales (online, by phone, etc.) or any sales delivered outside retail location (at home, during a trip, etc.), customers have 14 calendar days to return the product for a full refund.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Extended Return Period:

  • After the initial 14-day period, on special agreement, we may accept returns up to 30 days from the date of receipt. However, these returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (with a minimum of 60 EUR).

Exclusions:

  • The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to custom-made, personalized items or made-to-order.
  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Cancellation and Cooling-off Period:

  • For remote sales, customers have 14 days after receipt of the product or service contract commencement to cancel their purchase. If this period ends on a non-working day, it is extended to the next working day.
  • Customers must notify us of their decision to cancel before the end of the cancellation period.
  • Once the return is approved, we will notify you by email.
  • In case the customer decides to cancel order before the estimated ship-out date for made to order items, a 5% fee will be charged.

Return Process and Costs:

  • Customers have 14 days from their notification to return the products.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated by us.

Refunds:

  • Refunds, including any dispatch costs paid at the time of purchase, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the product back.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise stated by us.

Defective Products:

  • In the unlikely event of a defective product, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund, including shipping costs.
