Step 1
Head circumference
Measure around the widest part of your head, above the ears and eyebrows. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight.

Face circumference
For the C45’s face-size limit, measure around your face as shown and compare it with the max face-size column.
For a firmer fit, choose thicker cheek pads. For more room, choose thinner cheek pads. Optional 8, 16, 24 and 32 mm pads are sold separately.

Which Cookie full-face helmet fits your priorities?
Choose the G35 as the universal sky + tunnel option
If you want one flexible setup, pair the Utility Top Plate with a camera mount for skydiving, then remove the camera setup and fit the cap for tunnel flying. The G35 has less coverage at the back of the head and is not impact-rated or XP S 72-600 certified.
Choose the G4 for more rear protection
Choose it if you want more coverage at the back of the head and an impact-rated, XP S 72-600 certified helmet.

Cookie C45 questions
What sizes does the Cookie C45 come in?
Eight sizes are available: 2XS, XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL, covering head circumferences from 54 to 62 cm across four shell sizes.
Is every C45 made from carbon fibre?
Yes. Carbon Fibre, Gloss White and Matt Black are finishes over the same carbon-fibre shell construction.
Can I adjust the fit?
Yes. Replaceable cheek pads come in 8, 16, 24 and 32 mm. Move thicker for a firmer hold or thinner for more room.
Is the C45 certified?
Yes. The C45 is certified to XPS-72-600 (2018) for skydiving and wind-tunnel use.
Does it take an audible altimeter?
Yes. The liner includes an audible-altimeter pocket over each ear.
Which visor options are available for the C45?
The C45 range includes Clear and Tint visors, Blue, Green, Orange and Purple mirror finishes, plus Photochromic and Pinlock options. Choose the option shown in the configurator for your helmet.
Which C45 parts can I replace?
Cookie offers C45-specific visors, aluminum side plates, cheek pads and a replaceable liner. Choose parts listed for the C45.
Does the C45 have a Utility Top Plate?
No. The Utility Top Plate is available only for the Cookie G35. The C45 does not have that integrated top-plate system.
Can I mount a camera on the C45?
Not with an official C45-specific system at present. Cookie does not currently list a C45 camera mount, and the C45 does not have the Utility Top Plate. Do not assume G35 or G4 mounts fit.
