Deep and Steep SoundLink Audible Altimeter

SoundLink is the next-generation audible skydiving altimeter from Deep and Steep, built to integrate fully into the Deep and Steep ecosystem. Stay aware with fully customizable audio alerts — tone alarms or spoken voice altitude announcements.

SoundLink works straight out of the box, with voice altitude and vertical speed announcements native to the device. Connect it to an Insight or Stratos GPS altimeter (sold separately) for spoken GPS feedback during the skydive, including groundspeed, groundtrack, LZ distance and glide ratio.

Alarms and announcements

• Up to 4 freefall and 4 canopy alarm altitudes
• 4 configurable presets, selectable from the button menu or wirelessly
• Standalone announcements: altitude and vertical speed
• Connected announcements (with Insight/Stratos): groundspeed, groundtrack, LZ distance, LZ glide, current glide, direction to LZ
• CP Open Info: glide ratio needed to reach the LZ, announced once after opening
• Announce mode: freefall, canopy, or both — with separate freefall/canopy volume and frequency

• USB-C rechargeable — a 20-minute charge covers a day of jumping; full charge in about 1.5 hours
